1. The affidavit of service filed in court today is taken on record.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. It is his submission that though copy of M.A.44 of 2023 was served on the respondent no.6 seeking condonation of long period of delay, no opportunity was granted to the petitioners to file an affidavit-in-opposition to effectively move the condonation raised in the M.A.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits though a specific prayer was made for time to file the opposition, this prayer is not mentioned in the Tribunal's order dated 22.04.2025 allowing the M.A.

4. After some arguments, he submits that the petitioner would be seeking review/recall of the order dated 22.04.2025.

5. Without expressing any opinion on the merits on such submission and with liberty as prayed for, the writ petition is disposed of.
