Although by order dated 27th March, 2026 this Court had directed the Finance Officer of Contai Municipality to be personally present in Court, Mr. Adhikary, learned Advocate for the Contai Municipality would submit that due to medical condition of a new born child he is unable to be present today and accordingly prays that the date of his appearance may be deferred.

2. Considering such submissions, the personal appearance of the Finance Officer of the Contai Municipality is deferred till 7th May, 2026.
