Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of witnesses taking the name of the present petitioner as one of the assailants, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
