From the report it appears co-accuseds who are on bail did not cooperate and there was delay in trial. Hence, delay in trial cannot be attributed to the prosecution.

Coming to the merits of the case, we note there are prima facie materials connecting the petitioner with the murder. His bail prayer was rejected in April, 2022 by this court. Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
