Mr. Roy, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioners and submits that the petitioners do not want to proceed with this revisional application for quashing of proceeding in Complaint Case No. AC-1626 of 2013 under Section 323/504/506 of the IPC pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 9th Court, Alipore.

It is submitted by learned advocate that he has been instructed by the petitioners that the complaint case has already been disposed of on 20.3.2019 as such this application has become infructuous. Administrative report received from the department is kept with record.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, the revisional application is dismissed for non-prosecution and disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
