Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that since the police submitted charge sheet, further detention of the petitioner is not required.

Learned advocate for the State submits that 55 bottles of Phensedyl of 100 ml each was seized from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering that commercial quantity was seized from the possession of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

CRM 6126 of 2021 is dismissed.
