The report is kept with the record. As the sole appellant has already expired, so the instant appeal stands abated.

The instant appeal be and the same is dismissed as abated. The appeal being CRA 291 of 2000 is disposed of. Let a copy of this order along with the Trial Court Records be sent down to the Trial Court at once.
