1. The petitioner is a nominee of a LICI policy.

2. The petitioner submits that the amount has not been credited to the account of the petitioner.

3. Learned advocate representing the LICI submits, upon instruction that, the request of the petitioner will be considered accordingly.

4. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of the legal representation filed on behalf of the petitioner strictly in accordance with law at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. The petitioner shall be obliged to submit the original certificate to the LICI for obtaining the assured amount.

6. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
