The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. It is further submitted that he has complied with the notice under Section 41A of the Cr.P.C.

2. The learned Counsel for the State in opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail has submitted that he did not fully cooperate with the investigation and did not furnish the required documents and accordingly custodial interrogation of the petitioner is necessary.

Considering the materials available in the case diary, the nature of defalcation as stated in the compliant and the fact that the petitioner did not produce necessary documents to facilitate the investigation, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM 1907(A) of 2024 is, accordingly, rejected.
