In Re: CRAN 1 of 2025 Learned advocate for the petitioner is present. None appears on behalf of the State or the de-facto complainant.

Petitioner was granted bail on 02.07.2025 with conditions being imposed. The conditions so imposed would be waived after the evidence of vulnerable witnesses are over before the learned trial Court.

To that petitioner will bring it to the notice of the learned trial Court and the learned trial Court will accordingly pass necessary directions.

With the aforesaid observations CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
