Petitioners are directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Ratna Ghosh, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appearance may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The revisional application has been enclosed along with charge-sheet but the petitioners have candidly submitted that the documents under Section 207 of the Code of Criminal Procedure are yet to be supplied and the next date before the learned trial court has been fixed on 1st July, 2023.

Having regard to the fact that the documents are yet to be supplied on which the prosecution relied upon, I grant liberty to the petitioners to take out an appropriate application in the nature of Section 227 of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the learned trial court, if so advised. In case such an application is filed, the learned trial court will consider the same in accordance with law without being influenced by any of the observations made by this

Court.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 2177 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
