Learned advocate representing the West Bengal Central School Service Commission has submitted that Chairperson, West Bengal Regional School Service Commission, South-Eastern Region, Barasat vide memo dated 11th August, 2025 has issued recommendation for appointment of the petitioner under died-in-harness category to the President, West Bengal Board of Secondary Education. Copy of the recommendation dated 11th August, 2025 is placed before this Court and same is taken on record. 2.

Board is represented by Ms. Bhattacharyya, who submits on instruction that today hard copy of the recommendation dated 11th August, 2025 has been received by the Board.

Since recommendation dated 11th August, 2025 has reached the Board, concerned authority of the Board is

directed to issue appointment letter in favour of the petitioner by thirty (30) days from date on compliance of necessary formalities.
