The petitioner prayed for her transfer from her school to another school in 2019. After considering the application, but according to the petitioner, ignoring the selected school, the commission recommended her name in another school, which appears from page 41 (Annexure P-6) of the writ application.

The petitioner has not joined there.

As the petitioner has not joined there in 2020, I restrain myself from considering this matter sitting in equitable jurisdiction from entertaining the application. However, the petitioner always has liberty to file transfer application through Utshasree Portal. With this observation and direction, the matter is disposed of.
