It is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that pursuant to the direction of the Administrative Tribunal dated 06.05.2024, the order has been passed by the authority on the representation, in terms of the order passed by the Tribunal. The validity of the said order is not before this Court in the present proceedings.

We, therefore, leave it to the petitioner to take up the issue, if so advised.

Nothing remains in the present writ petition. The same is dismissed.
