Mr. Partha Pratim Das Ms. Manasi Roy ... for the State Petitioner seeks bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there are contradictions in between the contents of the First Information Report and the seizure list. He also submits that the petitioner is in custody for 483 days and, therefore, such long period of detention would be taken into consideration for the purpose of grant of bail to the petitioner. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the petitioner is the main accused and the trial commenced. She opposes grant of bail to the petitioner.

It appears from the record that this is the fifth application of the petitioner for grant of bail. Obviously, on the previous four applications prayer for bail was rejected. We do

not find any material change in the circumstances to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for bail is rejected and the application being CRM 6132 of 2021 is dismissed. (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
