Although the petitioner is aggrieved by the cancellation of an earlier e-Tender issued by the I.T. Department of the State Government and Webel Technology Limited, after hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, the matter can be disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to participate in the fresh eTender issued on 17th June, 2022, the last date of which has been extended by a corrigendum till 12.00 hrs. of 10th August, 2022. Since an apprehension has been expressed on behalf of the petitioner, the financial bid put in by the petitioner in the fresh tender shall be kept in abeyance until opening of the fresh bid.

W.P.A. 14255 of 2022 is disposed of in terms of the above.
