The writ petitioner complains that despite a complaint dated 22nd June, 2022, the respondent no. 4./the Officer-in-Charge, Hardwood Point Coastal Police Station has not taken any step.

The remedy of the petitioner is to approach the concerned Superintendent of Police and thereafter move the concerned court under Section 156(3) of the Cr. P. C. Private dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents may be agitated in appropriate civil proceedings.

The Officer-in-Charge, Hardwood Point Coastal Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
