Liberty is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioners to amend the cause title.

Petitioners were granted bail and subsequently such bail was cancelled by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court because of the conduct of the petitioners in violating the conditions so imposed. The petitioners surrendered before the jurisdictional court and are in custody since 15th June, 2022.

Having regard to the period of detention of the petitioners, I am inclined to release the petitioners on bail. As such, the prayer for bail is allowed.

Accordingly, the petitioners, viz., 1. Tanmoy Sannayal @ Tanmay Sanyal and 2. Gargi Sannayal @ Gargi Sanyal shall

be released on bail upon furnishing bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each, with two local sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat. The following conditions are imposed after the petitioners are released on bail :

1. The petitioners shall reside at the following address as furnished by Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate for the petitioners :

Panchanantala Road, Sitakundu, near Sagar Sangha District Stadium, Police Station-Baruipur, South 24Parganas, Pin-743387.

2. The petitioner no.1 shall meet with the Officer deputed by the Officer-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station every alternate day until further orders.

3. The petitioners shall not enter the jurisdiction of Barasat Police Station except for the purpose of attending the court.

After compliance of the aforesaid conditions, the petitioner no.1 will be at liberty to approach this Court for modification of the conditions after three months. The State/affected party will be at liberty to pray for cancellation of bail before the jurisdictional court in case, any of the conditions, mentioned above, are violated by the petitioners.

The learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barasat is empowered to cancel such bail of the petitioners without

further reference to this Court, in case of violation of such conditions.

The application for bail, being CRM (SB) 156 of 2022, is, thus, disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
