Learned advocate for the petitioner says that his wife is scheduled to be admitted to Calcutta Medical College and Hospital, College Street, Calcutta on June 24, 2024. Mr. Nandy, learned APP, says that police will escort him to the hospital on that day so that he can be present at the time of admission.

The petitioner shall also inform the authorities of the Correctional Home when the surgery will be done. On that day also the police, in civil dress, will escort him so that the petitioner can be present at the time of the surgery. The Officer-in-Charge, Anti Dacoity and Robbery Squad, Detective Department, Lalbazar shall make necessary arrangement to give effect to this order.
