Pursuant to the earlier direction dated 17.07.2025, case diary has been produced before this Court. I find from the charge-sheet so submitted in connection with Bansdroni P.S. Case No.818 dated 29.10.2024, that the charge-sheet has been submitted on or about 11th March, 2025 under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Having considered that the charge-sheet has already been submitted under the relevant provisions of law as was alleged in the initial information furnished with the police authorities, further interference by this Court is unwarranted.

If the petitioner is faced with inconveniences, petitioner will approach the jurisdictional court. Jurisdictional court will assess and ascertain the veracity of the accusations and thereafter pass necessary orders.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14066 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Case diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
