1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have called in question the constitutionality of certain Rules under the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (Regulation of Livestock Markets) Rules, 2017.

Learned counsel for petitioners submits that the said Rules have been removed by way of amendment and, therefore, he is not pressing the present PIL.

3. The PIL is dismissed as not pressed.
