This revisional application was preferred challenging the continuation of Burwan Police Station Case No. 114 of 2019 dated 01.04.2019 under Sections 498A/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Burwan Police Station Case No. 371 of 2020 dated 29.12.2020 under Sections 498A/326/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act and Islampur Police Station Case No. 110 of 2021 dated 01.05.2021 under Sections 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

The cases which are referred to are of the years 2019, 2020 and 2021 and the proceedings before the investigating authorities are pending. The documents which have been enclosed along with this revisional application do not speak regarding the outcome of the investigation or the stage at which the proceedings are pending before the concerned court. There has been no persuasion on behalf of the petitioners so far as the present case is concerned. Further number of criminal cases have been clubbed together to file

the present revisional application without challenging a particular police station case in respect of which there is grievance of the petitioners.

As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr. Imran Ali, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. His appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Having regard to the nature of the prayer advanced in a single revisional application and the fact that the latest stage of the cases have not been brought to the notice of this Court, I am of the opinion that at this belated stage, no interference is called for.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1858 of 2021 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
