Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners prays for relaxation of the conditions of bail so imposed by the order dated 08.07.2022.

So far as the conditions so imposed by the order dated 08.07.2022, the condition no.2 imposed was as follows: "2. The petitioner no.1 shall meet with the Officer deputed by the Officer-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station every alternate day until further orders." The same is modified to the extent that the petitioner no.1 would meet with the Officer-in-Charge, Baruipur Police Station once in a month until further orders.

The other conditions so imposed in the order dated 08.07.2022 will remain in force.

Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2022 is disposed of.
