WPA 14082 of 2025 (Dilip Sharma vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) This matter has been enlisted at the instance of the department.

It is indicated that the number of the writ petition has been wrongly mentioned as WPA 14083 of 2025 instead of WPA 14082 of 2025 in the order dated July 1, 2025.

Accordingly, let the writ petition number be corrected by deleting '14083' and inserting '14082' in place and stead thereof.

Let such correction be incorporated in the said order dated July 1, 2025 forthwith.

The other portion of the said order shall remain unchanged.
