Petitioner seeks anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. She submits that the main accused was granted bail. She submits that although the injury report claims that there is a deep cut injury, the victim was never hospitalized.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the injury report and the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim.

Considering the statement recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the victim and the injury report, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. C.R.M. 6137 of 2021 is dismissed accordingly. [ (Debangsu Basak, J.) (Ananda Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
