The petitioner has applied for inter-district transfer from Kolkata to any school in Nadia on medical grounds.

In the above circumstances, the DPSC, Kolkata shall ascertain the veracity of the medical condition of the petitioner from the Superintendent, R.G. Kar Medical College and Hospital at Kolkata, and forward the same to the Secretary, WBBPE.

The Board shall thereupon take a decision on the petitioner's application for transfer

having due regard to her medical condition and seriousness whereof is so certified by the Superintendent of the R.G.

Kar Medical College and Hospital at Kolkata.

Let the aforesaid process be carried out by the respondents, within a period of 10 weeks from date.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

6.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
