Galib .........for the State After hearing learned counsel and considering the stated position of the respondents in the letter dated 19th July, 2021 by the District Officer, Minority Affairs, WPA 14272 of 2022 may be disposed of with a direction on the District Officer, Minority Affairs (respondent no. 4) to consider allocating funds to the petitioners under the Destitute Minority Women's Rehabilitation Programme of the State in the next financial year. The respondent no. 4 shall look into the allocation of the funds under the Programme to the petitioners on an urgent basis.
