1) Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he is standing on the same footing with the other co-accused persons who were granted bail by this Court.

2) Learned counsel for the State has raised objection. According to her, there are sufficient incriminating evidence against the present petitioner. She refers to the deposition of PW-1, PW-2 and PW-3. She prays for rejection of the prayer for bail.

3) We have considered the earlier order as well as the material-on-record including the deposition of witnesses. We find sufficient incriminating evidences against the present petitioner. The present petitioner does not stand on the same footing with the other co-accused persons.

4) In view of the aforesaid, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail.
