Heard the learned Counsel for both the parties. 2.

This petition for anticipatory bail being CRM 6144 of 2021 arises out of Kalighat P.S. case No. 83 dated 01.08.2021 under Sections 498A/406/34 IPC read with Sections 3 and 4 of D.P. Act.

Pursuant to a compromise between the husband and the wife the FIR in the aforesaid case has been quashed vide order dated 03.05.2023 in CRR 2208 of 2021 and order dated 03.05.2023 in CRR 1994 of 2021.

In view of such fact, it is admitted at the Bar that the aforesaid anticipatory bail application has become infructuous in the meantime.

In view of such fact, the application being CRM 6144 of 2021 is disposed of as infructuous.

All the interim order passed in the aforesaid anticipatory bail application being CRM 6144 of 2021 stands vacated. (Chitta Ranjan Dash, J.) (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
