Another letter dated 06.05.2024 containing grievances is addressed to the Respondent no. 4, the Station Manager, Dakshin Barasat Customer Care Centre, PODakshin Barasat, PS-Joynagar, Sourth Parganas. It is submitted by the Learned Counsel for the respondents that they are willing

to consider the grievance of the petitioner contained in the letter dated 6.05.2024.

Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Respondents, specifically the Respondent no. 4 to cause to be considered the letter dated 6.05.2024 within 30th June, 2024 after giving reasonable opportunity of hearing to the concerned parties including the Respondent nos. 6 to 12.

Since the affidavits are not invited, the allegations contained in the writ petition are deemed not to have been admitted by the parties.

The writ petition being WPA 15062 of 2024 is disposed of.

Vakalatnama filed by the respondent nos. 6 to 12 is taken on record.

Liberty is granted to all parties to act in terms of the copy of this order downloaded from the official website of this court.
