Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered evidence on record. Statements of witnesses show victim was abducted by the petitioners and thereafter murdered.

In view of the aforesaid materials on record and as their prayer for bail was rejected in January 2022, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.
