The petitioner is granted liberty to bring to the notice of the learned District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, South 24-Parganas, Baruipur regarding the order passed in CRR 631 of 2023 and CRR 2955 of 2022 and other relevant applications where a coordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court has already spelt out manner in which the execution proceeding is to be conducted by the said Commission. If the petitioner files such an application, the learned Commission would deal with the same and pass a speaking order in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2184 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
