Petitioner Mr. Anirban Mitra, Ms. Saberi Saha Mr. Amit Halder, Ms. Nipa Mallick ...For the Petitioner The petitioner has filed an application for execution of an order dated April 18, 2019, passed by the learned Magistrate in the Court below under Section 12 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, granted a monetary relief of Rs. 9,000/- in total per month to be paid by the opposite party no. 2 to the petitioner. It has been submitted by Mr. Anirban Mitra, learned advocate, appearing for the petitioner that a sum of Rs. 70,000/- has been paid to the opposite party no. 2 and a sum of Rs. 1,10,000/- is still due. It has been further submitted by Mr. Mitra that the execution case being no. M. Ex. 470 of 2019 has been initiated for the realization of the unpaid maintenance amount, and the same needs to be concluded expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid submissions, this revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Magistrate in the Court below to proceed with the execution case being M. Ex. 470 of

2019 as expeditiously as possible to ensure the payment of the due amount to the petitioner. The learned Magistrate will not grant any unnecessary adjournments to the either of the parties. Since the opposite party no. 2 will not be prejudiced by this Court, thus, this revisional application has been disposed of, without giving any notice upon him.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 1859 of 2021 is disposed of.
