1. None appears for the parties.

2. This intra-court appeal questions the order dated 10.09.2021 passed in WPA 13371 of 2021. The order shows that the petitioner claiming himself to be Sebait of debutter property, prayed for certain reliefs.

3. Learned Single Judge noticed that a decree is already passed by competent court and matter is civil in nature. It further recorded that local police may strictly comply with any of the order passed by civil court since decree has been put into execution. The court has taken plausible view. If in execution proceedings or otherwise civil court passes any order, we have no doubt that police authority will implement the same.

4. With the aforesaid observation, MAT and connected application are disposed of.
