Case No. 78 of 2008 arising out of an application under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is under challenge.

The husband is the petitioner before this Court. It is submitted by Mr. Sabir Ahmed, learned advocate for the petitioner that the matrimonial dispute between the parties has been settled amicably and both the parties are residing together as husband and wife. Considering such aspect of the matter, it is submitted by Mr. Ahmed on instruction that the instant criminal revision becomes infructuous.

In view of the above circumstances, the instant criminal revision is dismissed being infructuous. All interim orders stand vacated.
