It appears therefrom that the Pradhan of the Gram Panchayat has come to a conclusion that there exists unauthorised construction. The documents relating to the aforesaid case has been forwarded to the Sub Divisional Officer, Jhargram on 20th September, 2022. The same is substantial compliance of the order passed by the Court.

In view of the above, there is no requirement of proceeding with the contempt proceeding any further. It will be open for the petitioners to follow up with the Sub Divisional Officer for necessary relief. Contempt application stands disposed of.

Contempt Rule stands discharged.
