Trial has commenced. Out of 29 prosecution witnesses 6 witnesses stands examined at the trial. 5.

In such circumstances, the petitioner prays for relaxation with regard to the conditions imposed by order dated 30.05.2024 requiring the petitioner 'not to leave the jurisdiction of the Santipur Police Station and the condition requiring the petitioner to report to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station once in every fortnight' are waived.

All other terms and conditions of the order granting bail will remain the same.
