Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Sandip Chakraborty, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

It has been averred in the revisional application that the petitioner was enlarged on bail on 03.04.2017. The learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jangipur, Murshidabad would check the records of the case and in case, he finds from the records that the petitioner, viz. Parikshit Mandal @ Parikhit Mondal was on bail, in that case, if the petitioner surrenders by 07.07.2023, the learned trial court would recall warrant, proclamation and attachment and allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail. However, the learned court would impose stringent condition so that his appearance on the future dates are ensured. Learned Magistrate is directed to take steps so that at the earliest, preferably by 31.08.2023, the present case is committed to the learned sessions court. Till that date, conditions to the extent that not to leave the jurisdiction of

Suti Police Station and to meet the Inspector-in-Charge, Suti Police Station twice a week be imposed upon the accused person.

If other persons have been granted bail, the conditions of the other accused persons be also modified to the similar extent as sessions triable offence should not be pending for the last eight years.

Once a week date may be fixed for the date of this case before the court for ensuring that by 31.08.2023, the case is committed to the court of sessions.

So far as the modification of the conditions are concerned, the accused persons would be at liberty to pray for such modification before the learned Sessions Judge when the case is committed.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2185 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
