An application being CAN 6 of 2025 has been filed under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure seeking compromise of the present appeal on affidavit by Smt. Bina Debi and Sri Sanjay Prasad, the widow and son of Late Ranjan Prasad, the original appellant and Sri Gouri Shankar Show, the sole respondent.

Through paragraph 13 of the said application, the parties have submitted that the matter has been settled in all respect between them.

The learned counsels representing the appellants and the respondent submit that the terms and conditions which have been laid down are legal and within the provisions of law as such those terms be made part of the decree.

Considering the same, the present appeal is disposed of on compromise.

As the present second appeal is being disposed of on compromise, thus, all remaining applications, if any, are deemed to be disposed of.

As submitted by the learned counsels for the parties that the terms and conditions which have been laid down are all legal and within the provisions of law, so those terms be made part of the decree.
