It is submitted by the Commission that no untrained candidates have been recruited.

It appears from the report and the records that the petitioner although mentioned as qualified in the School Service Commission records, in fact does not possess a B.Ed. degree or any equivalent. In that view of the matter, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition is dismissed.

Interim orders, if any, shall stand vacated.

The report of the Commission is taken on record.
