Learned advocates for the petitioners and the State are present. Apprehending arrest in connection with Suit Police Station Case No. 262 of 2024 dated 16.04.2024, the petitioners pray for anticipatory bail. 2.
Heard the parties.

Perused the Injury Report and the statements under Section 161 Cr.P.C.

Upon perusal of the Injury Report and the statements under Section 161 Cr.P.C. along with the materials available in the Case Diary, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 is not required in this case. Hence, the prayer for
anticipatory bail made by the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 stands allowed.

In view of the direct involvement of the petitioner no. 1 with the alleged incident and the seriousness of the allegation made against him, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

We accordingly direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also comply with the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The petitioner nos. 2 and 3 upon being released on bail shall meet the Investigating Officer once in a week and shall not visit the de facto complainant or any other person acquainted with the facts of this case and shall not do anything prejudicial to the investigation after being released on bail.

The application for anticipatory bail stands allowed in respect of the petitioner nos. 2 and 3 and rejected in respect of the petitioner. 1.

CRM(A) 1913 of 2024 is disposed of in terms of the above.
