Mr. Seth, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, there is typographical error in mentioning the section in Howrah Municipal Corporation Act, 1980, as in order dated 4th February, 2020, disposing of the writ petition. The provision is section is 177. Let section 117 mentioned in said order dated 4th February, 2020 be read as section 177. The correction be deemed to have been incorporated in said order.
