By this writ petition, petitioner has made monetary claim against the private respondent no.4 who is not a State within the meaning of Article 12 of the Constitution of India and accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition against the monetary relief asked for against the private respondent no.4. Accordingly, this writ petition being WPA 14169 of 2023 is dismissed. However, dismissal of this writ petition will not be a bar on the part of the petitioner to avail any remedy if available to her under the law before any appropriate forum.
