1. Petitioner prays for waiver of the conditions of the order granting bail dated June 14 2024.

2. There is no adverse report as against the petitioner.

3. The conditions of the order granting bail dated June 14, 2024 requiring the petitioner not to enter the jurisdiction of Dhantala Police Station except for attending Court proceedings and to provide the address where he shall be residing to the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned Police Station and to meet the Officer-in-Charge of the concerned police station once in a fortnight until further orders, are waived.

4. All other terms and conditions as provided in the order granting bail dated June 14, 2024 will remain the same.

5. IA No.: CRAN 1 of 2024 in CRM (DB) 1741 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
