[ The police filed charge sheet subsequent to the order dated July 8, 2022.

The Court is informed that one of the petitioners is an aspirant for the Higher Secondary Examination from a school that false within the jurisdiction of Gangnapur Police Station. Therefore, the requirement of the petitioners not to enter the jurisdiction of Gangnapur Police Station until further orders should be waived. State is represented.

As noted above, the police filed charge sheet. Moreover, one of the petitioners is an aspirant for the Higher Secondary Examination from a school which constituted within the Gangnapur Police Station. The two petitioners are related to each other.

In such circumstances, we waive the condition of the order dated July 8, 2022 requiring the petitioners not to enter the jurisdiction of the Gangnapur Police Station until further orders.

All other conditions of the order dated July 8, 2022 will remain the same.
