1. Criminal Investigation Department, West Bengal filed a report dated 20th July, 2023 which is taken on record.

2. It appears therefrom that charge-sheet No. 69 of 2023 dated 13th March, 2023 and charge-sheet No. 68 of 2023 dated 11th March, 2023 have been filed pursuant to the investigation taken over by the CID, West Bengal.

3. There has been some delay which has been condoned and time to complete the investigation has been extended by the jurisdictional Criminal Court.

4. This Court accepts the report of the CID, West

Bengal and appreciates the steps taken for completing the investigation albeit with some extra time.

5. In that view of the matter, CPAN 818 of 2023 shall stand disposed of.

6. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.

7. There will be no order as to costs.

8. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
