The respondent no. 6, being the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, Hooghly, is directed to calculate it properly and to send the communication after the second and proper calculation to the petitioners within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of this order.

If the petitioner is entitled to get the compassionate appointment on the basis of the income that will be calculated freshly, the process should be started for giving the compassionate appointment.

With this observation and direction this writ application is disposed of.
