Considering the submission of the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner that on instructions he wants to withdraw this writ petition to avail the alternative remedy by way of filing statutory appeal against the final adjudication order, which has been passed during the pendency of the writ petition and considering such prayer, this writ petition, being WPA 14814 of 2021 is dismissed as "withdrawn" with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal against the final adjudication order passed subsequent to the impugned show-cause-notice within three weeks from date and if such appeal is filed by the petitioner within the time stipulated herein, the Appellate Authority

shall take a lenient view on the point of limitation for filing appeal.
