The petitioner claims to be the leader of all All India Trinamool Congress in Sahabazpur Gram Panchayat area. The petitioner is aggrieved because the prescribed authority has not yet disposed of the application under Section 213A of the West Bengal Panchayat Act, 1973.
It is submitted that the hearing has been concluded, but no order has yet been communicated.
Mr. Ahmed, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent no.7 submits that some hearing has been held but whether the last hearing was a conclusion of the proceeding, is not known to the parties.
Heard the learned advocates for the respective parties. This Court has not gone into the merits of the claims and counter-claims of the parties. As the prescribed authority is
already in seisin of the matter, the prescribed authority shall reach the matter to its logical conclusion in accordance with law. If necessary, a further hearing may be given to the parties and thereafter the order shall be passed taking into consideration all the aspects as submitted before the authority by the parties. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to all concerned within a period of six weeks from date of communication of this order. This writ petition is, thus, disposed of.
There will be no order as to costs.
All parties are to act on the basis of the learned advocate's communication.
