We do not see any reason to interfere with the order impugned dated May 28, 2024 passed in this writ petition.

The learned Single Judge only directed the matter to be placed before the regular Bench. However, in view of the urgency pleaded by the appellant/writ petitioner, we have heard this appeal on merit. It is the grievance of the appellant/writ petitioner that he is not being allowed to participate in a tender process for "Transportation of Indane LPG Cylinders" floated by the respondent/ Indian Oil Corporation authorities. The petitioner alleges that the respondent authorities have introduced more than 50% reservation in the relevant tender process which is violative of the mandate of the Supreme Court. We are not inclined to pass any order in

this appeal. We simply record the submission on behalf of the respondents/Indian Oil Corporation that the petitioner will be allowed to participate in the relevant tender process, if he is otherwise eligible.

No further order need be passed in this appeal.

Accordingly, the appeal being MAT 1130 of 2024 stands disposed of.

The connected application being CAN 1 of 2024 also stands disposed of.

Let the writ petition be placed before the regular Bench.
